DL360 Gen10 can not power on

Hi folks, 
 

I have a DL360 Gen10 serve can not boot up normaly after two power supply input loss.
It now blinking all front lights. Not getting on.   
Ilo display as blelow picture

Hi RenoChien,

Good day!

As per the screenshot shared, the server has reported a critical fault.

It is also observed that the server firmware versions are outdated.

If the server iLO is accessible, we recommend you perform an incremental update of the server firmware versions to bring it to the latest.  ( an incremental update has been suggested since the present server versions are extremely old)

If the issue remains unresolved after the firmware update, please raise a hardware support case with us so that hardware replacements can be scheduled as deemed necessary to resolve this error.

I have further questions.
1. Could you tell me what is incremental update means? 
2. Where  can i download the laster FW
3. This Server recive from Houston. As you saw screenshot. This Gen10 server IP was set to static IP. But i can't change to DHCP though UEFI. But my internet enviroment is DHCP.
Is that means the olny way to access iLO is front side USB iLo port. Am i right. or May i have other way to access iLO?
4. If need to hardware replacements. How can i do for apply it?

Good day!

Please find the answers to your queries below.

1. Could you tell me what is incremental update means? 

Seeing that the present server firmware versions are outdated we have recommended an incremental update wherein the server is first updated to 2019 versions and lastly to the latest available 2020 versions. 

2. Where  can i download the laster FW?

You may download the latest server firmware using the link given below. 

https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/products/service_pack/spp/index.aspx

Please confirm if the iLO is configured using DHCP or static IP address.

Same problem - I bricked a Gen10 after updating SPS firmware for Ripple20.  HPE just pulled it:

Hi .. Please share your experience.. what did you get the solution for this error?  Did you replace the system board  .. or something else?

I didn't find solution for that. Becasue my device is engineering sample.
