DL360 + RIB No Remote Control

Hi -

I have 3 DL360's with RIBs installed at a remote site in Helsinki. All 3 machines have identical hardware/software and firmware.

While 1 server works fine, the other two will not allow remote control via the RIB card. All they do is stay at the grey 'online' screen with a cursor flashing.

All other RIB functions work.

Any ideas? Server and RIB firmware are at latest levels.

the graphical access requires IP port 23, if this is blocked (by firewall etc) you can login to RIB but not get graphical contact with sever via RIB.

All three machines are on the same IP scope and I'm certain there is no network filtering going on.

Are there any bios settings that can cause this?
