DL360 Video Problem
I am trying to set up a DL360 on an an Avocent DSR 2161, and I an having some video issues. At first, I wasn't getting any video, so I tried replacing the dongle and CAT5 cable for the DSR. That didn't do anything. Then I tried using the onboard video and keyboard/mouse ports, rather than the ones on the RILO card that came with the DL360. That didn't work either. Then I removed the RILO card altogether. I got video, but when I connected to the server through DSView (avocent's remote connection utility), the video was distorted. This only lasted for a little while, and then I started getting no video at all once it got into windows, unless I boot it in safe mode. I have tried replacing all the necessary cables, and have updated to the latest video drivers and have had no success with getting it to work. I realize this is a complicated problem, but any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
