DL360 and DL320 Teaming fails when activating trunking on switch

I teamed two fast ethernet cards in DL320 and DL360 with latest patches.
Compaq teaming looks well on the servers.
When i enable trunking on the switch (Allied Telesyn, Rapier24), the teaming looses network.
What is my mistake??

Hello Rainer,
Have you tried using Smart Start Version 6.20 for the NIC teaming drivers?? If not then give it a try.

Thanks for your answer. Network still was offline after enabling trunking, but once disabling and enabling network again helped.
It now works in load-balancing mode.
