DL360 g5 - drive slots 5 & 6

Can anyone clarify? On a DL360 G5 w/an embedded Smart Array E200i, are drive slots 5 & 6 usable or is another array controller needed to enable those drive slots? I overheard mention of such a long time ago & now need to place drives in the 5th & 6th slots. I rather get info here than just sticking a drive in a production server to see what happens.

according with documentation you will need

P SAS 4i to Mini SAS 4i 31 inch/.79 meter cable
NOTE: Used to connect SA-P600, SA-P400, SA-E200 Controllers to the HP ProLiant DL360 G5 drive backplane. This kit supports all six drive bays.

sorry I realized that's for e200 if you have a e200i that won't work check below
so basically if you have a e200i you must get another controller

NOTE: The Smart Array E200i Controller can support a maximum of 4 hard drives.
NOTE: The Smart Array P400i Controller can support a maximum of 6 hard drives. To support drives 5 and 6, the optional HP Mini SAS 4i 13.4 inch/0.35 m cable is required (PN 399546-B21).

Thanks for the info. I could remember something about the 200i, but not the specifics.
