DL360 gen10 - ROKWin Server 2016 - mass storage device yellow exclamation mark at device manager

Hello,

i have a challenge. i have 7 new Proliant DL 360 gen10. All are installed with HPE ROK Windows Server 2016. The RBSU config is at all server the same. I made the Driverupdates with the SPP - SUM. 

Now i have 4 Server which have a exclamation mark at a usb mass storage device in the device manager.. 3 Server don´t have the usb mass storage device in the device manager shown - so they also do not have the exclamation mark :). I do not find any driver for this usb mass storage device. I do not know which hardware this is. is this hardware which is virtually routed?

Hi Jan,

maybe this Server has the SD Card enabled in BIOS.
Check this:

Access UEFI (F9) and navigate to System Configuration > BIOS Platform Configuration (RBSU) > System Options > USB Options > Embedded User Partition and set it to Disable

thank you so much for your support. but no changes. diabled sd card in bios. no change  

i have no idea. the other functional server habe no mass storage device in the device manager. 

just thinking
