Where will the system partition be created?

you looking for System Rom Based Partition ?

By default SmartStart 5.50 or earlier creates a small 39 MB partition on the boot hard drive called the â System Partitionâ containing configuration and diagnostic utilities. you will be prompted prompted to hit the F10 key during boot time to access the utilities on the system partition.
