DL360 upgrade to win2003

I'm trying to follow the following recommended HP steps to upgrade my server......

BUT....i'm not able to install the support pack for win2000...in Step. 3 of Upgrading from Windows 2000...I can't drag it over. Am I doing something wrong?...should I just install support pack for 2003 and then do my upgrade? Thanks.

Chris, when I followed the link in the doc, it took me to the Support Pack 7.0 download, and I also could not download the agent when I clicked the button. Instead, I clicked on the text under the button, for problems with downloading, which takes you to this page, http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/supportpaq.html. You can the choose from several versions of the support pack, ranging from 6.30 to 7.00. Unzip the support pack of choice, and the run the setup.exe from the directory you unzipped the files to.

Read my post......I had no problems downloading the files.....I had problems installing the support pack for win2000....
Thanks for you help. I ended up doing the upgrade and then loading the 2003 support pack......worked just fine.

Glad to see you go it working. What threw me was the part about not being able to drag it over.
