SolutionIf yes (or if you added ILO or RILOE2):
go into the ilo/RILOE configuration from wherever you want and turn off the "automatic power on" option.

i managed a lot of dl360 g1 and sometimes i had similar issues. Anyway was always spot events and not recurring.
what time do you shut the server down?

It's not cause by some WOL for sure - problem occured even with network cable disconnected. Interesting one.
