DL360G2 Processor

I removed a failed processor on my DL360G2 and have decided due to time constraints to not wait for the replacement (dual processors). However, I cannot find any info on how to change the 'dipp switches'??? I'm not sure if I'm using the right terminology, but what I want to do is get rid of the POST error telling me that Processor 2 failed.
Any ideas where I can find this info (I've tried the manual) would be greatly appreciated as it needs to be done by tomorrow.
Thanks to all who respond,
Kelly

Re: DL360G2 Processor

You Need to mark the error as corrected.
During POST you need to access the RBSU (F9) and under the advanced options you should have the setting to "Set CPU Corrected"
ThereтАЩs your problem!!! This thing is set to EVIL!

Yeah, I did that, but still the post error keeps showing up.

Also...did you remove the Processor power module (PPM)

Re: DL360G2 Processor

Well, no I did not take the power module out yet! That should have been an easy one to figure out. I'll give myself a big "duh" and go do it!

Thanks!
