DL360G5 installing drives 5 & 6

Hello,

we just purchased drives 5 and 6 for the DL360 with Smart Array P400i RAID Controller.
We also purchased the needed upgrade cable 399546-B21

After hooking it up, the server only finds the already installed drives 1-4. He can´t seem to find the two added drives in the controller "BIOS-Options"
Do we have to add them to our raid array by using the smart start cd or do anything else are they maybe just hooked up wrong?

After restarting the server you should get to HP SmartArray P400i BIOS by pressing F8. Then choose the menu option 'create new array'. There you will find 2 new disks. If not, I suppose it's a connection problem. You may try to re-install controller. And look at the LEDs. The red light means disk failure.

You can't add these disks to existing array. You may only create a new array.
