DL360e and CPU compatibility

Hi,

 

I need someone to confirm that I can put second cpu:

HP DL360e Gen8 E5-2420 Kit (PN: 660660-B21)

 

into DL360e server:

HP DL360e Gen8 E5-2420 4LFF EU Svr, GO (PN: 683946-425)

Nicko,

 

The P/N you provided is a second CPU add-on kit for the DL360e. To verify your hardware, you can check in iLO under system  or check Processor chip for SP # 676947-001.

 

The kit has Processor chip and Heatsink (heat sink should have thermal medium on it or included).
