DL360e gen8: "The Integrated Management Log is empty"

Using the iLo port to diagnose my servers. One of them has an empty Integrated Management Log. It's always empty. How can I make it start logging?

Since Server is running on very old BIOS (2013.03.01) and firmware (iLO4 -1.22.) .
I would recommend to update the server BIOS and all the firmwares to the latest available at hpe.com

https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/km/product/5249572/Product#t=DriversandSoftware&sort=relevancy&f:@kmswsoftwaretypekey=[swt8000194]

This will prepare your server to troubleshoot effciently and to isolate if this is not related to older BIOS and firmwares  ..

You may then keep a check if hardware events are getting logged into IML .
