Which would indicate that it's not been tested/not supported.
Don't know how much backwards compatibility there is for the DDR2 memory models, odds are that it's stricter on the HP servers.
But if you have the 5300 already installed installing more memory would either mean that it won't work or that the other DIMMs go down in speed. Unsure it's worth them going down that much in speed.. Looked at the transfer rates on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR2_SDRAM

As far as Documentation concerns the DL360 G1 server only supports the following configuration.
Up to 32 GB of memory, supported by (8) slots of PC2-5300 DDR2 667 MHz
Herewith also the Part Numbers for the supported memory
