DL365 (non G5) compatibility with P812

DL365 (non G5) compatibility with P812

Does anyone know whether the first generation of DL365 is compatible with P812 smart array? I look at p812 quick specs sheet, and it says to refer to p800 controller, which is compatible with DL365. But does anyone know for sure?
