DL370G6 NC375i firmware upgrade issue

Hello,
i want to upgrade the firmware of my NC375i network card but I have this error :

result of the command :

Thanks for your answer, but I have already try this firmware (sp45328), and I have de same error (with sp47194).

I already try it to but the upgrade doesn't appear when I boot with the CD.

I found this in readme of the maintenance CD :

Supported firmware
The Firmware Maintenance CD provides the means to update the following firmware.
Firmware type Supported by HP Firmware Maintenance CD

our workaround: update firmware under sles 11 with installed psp 8.30 and the CP012583.scexe

Same problem here on Server 2003 x64 (beside PXE problems with this adapter...)

always error message:
NetUserGetInfo:failed ,

getting crazy here with this adapter!
