DL380 - 4x Gb NICs - Only 1 does Gb

My DL380 G6 server has 4 gigabit NICs in it, but I can only get NIC 1 to connect at gigabit speed. The rest connect at just 100 Mbps.

I used the same cables / switch port, to rule out anything outside the server but it definitely an issue with the Server.

NICs 2-4 will only connect at 100 Mbps.

I updated drivers, disabled other NICs, teaming, etc. Also if I change the driver properties to force it to run at Gb speed, it will drop connection all together.

What am I missing?

Hi!

Did you update the firmware too?
What is the setting on the switch port side?
