DL380 Does not find drives on warm reboot - OK on cold boot

I've been having an issue where the DL380 i'm setting up will not find the SCSI drives when the server is rebooted. However, when the server is turned off, and back on it finds them right away. To be more specific, on a reboot it looks like it is looking for the drives as the activity lights blink every so often. One drive stays lit but the other two don't. Has anyone had these issues?

Hi,

2 Updates we can go with on same server.
Firmware for controller.
BIOS of server.

Recomended :
Updated M&P Patch from Site.
Use HDD Indentifier utility from site to check for hdd, because some hdd lots shipped contain faulty hdd. so can verify it using same.
