DL380 G1 Internal Storage System Overheating
How can i check that a thermal sensor on a DL380 is working, i get this error and no temperature value ?
The error meassage reads:
Internal Storage System Overheating (Slot 0, Zone Unknown, Location Storage, Temperature Unknown)

Are you running SmartStart Agents & Insight Manager. This should give you more info.

I did attatch a snapshot of the Compaq Management Agents webpage, so yes ;-))
In the meantime i have done some further research, and because we use 15K discs the server does get quit warm. so adding an extra Powersupply did the trick.. ;-))
