DL380 G1 Processor Upgrade

I have a DL380 with twin PIII 667MHz processors. I have acquired two PIII 1000MHz processors marked 1000/256/133/1.7V S1 and was wondering if I can fit them or do I need different voltage regulators as the original processors are marked 667/256/1331.65V S1 so I assume that there is a slight voltage increase required for the 1000MHz processors.
