DL380 G1 - Scsi Cables

I pulled an DL380 G1 from storage and setup a lab 2003 server. It has on-board scsi port 1 and port 2. Nothing was connected to port 1. Six drives (four in the original hot plug bay and two in the optional drive cage) were attached to port 2. Since 6 drives were on same port; I rearranged cables to have drve 0 - 3 on port 2 and drive 4 - 5 on port 1. I was able to use Smart Start CD 5.3 to create a RAID 1 logical drive for drive 4 - 5 and a RAID 5 logical drive for drive 0 - 3. Currently the windows installation is running; however the amber light in front of drive 4 and 5 with the X are on solid. What is wrong here? I ran Array Diag tool from Smart Start CD, found nothing wrong.
Thanks.

Did you clear the config before setting up the new one

no, I did not. Is it in "Run System Erase Utility"? Thx.

I ran System Erase Utility; it didn't make the red X go away.

Re: DL380 G1 - Scsi Cables

Yes. Windows Server 2003 is running now; C: on RAID 1 (port 1, disk 4 - 5) and D: on RAID 5 (port 2, disk 0 - 3). I am in the middle of patching the server; everything is looking normal.
