Re: DL380 G1 will not boot
Where does the server stops booting? what is the last error message if there is any or the last POST message at the time it stops
How many drives do you have and how are they configured?
Do you ahve any hardware raid configured?
answer this question so that the forum can help you with the possible answer

Re: DL380 G1 will not boot
You can replace and rebuild the failed disk at BIOS level itself if it is a hardware RAID. If it is software raid and you know which drive has failed then try removing the failed disk from the array and then try to boot. Also try booting to single user mode.

Re: DL380 G1 will not boot
I meant to say try booting to safe mode as Preparing Network connections will only come in Windows environment.
