DL380 G2 - Disks Running at Ultra 2 :-0

Hi folks;

I have a DL380 G2 w/4 Compaq 18 gig drives (same firmware level) and 2 IBM 18 gig drives.

I'm getting this error in the event viewer and compaq diagnostics tells me the drives are all running at Ultra 2 speeds instead of Ultra 3;

SCSI bus fault occurred on Storage Box box 0, , Port 1 of
Array Controller [Embedded].
This may result in a "downshift" in transfer rate for one or more hard drives on the bus.

Why aren't they all running at Ultra 3 speeds? The IBM drives are Ultra 3 and so are the Compaq ones.

Thanks;
Marvin

What speed would they run if you use either COMPAQ or IBM?
Firmware same level, but it's up to date for Compaq and IBM?
Array Controller firmware? Driver ?
