DL380 G2 Memory Install Does not see all memory

I have a DL380 G2 and I just installed 6G of memory in the server running W2003 Advanced server. Boot up (BIOS) sees the memory but windows does not see it. Is there something I need to do to enable all the memory, windows only see 3.5 gig

Rick, you need to use PAE switch
"Large memory support is available in Windows Server 2003 and in Windows 2000"
