DL380 G2 NIC halt

My DL380 G2 server running w2k sp3, citrix XPs fr2, netware client 4.83sp1. Randomly, i found the server was can't login to AD or NDS exclude it can login locally (workgroup mode). However, i can ping the server ip from lan workstation. But no one can login to this server from citrix client until server reboot.
