DL380 G2 Tempramental boot up problem
I have a problems with a DL380 G2 at the moment. System and 5i SA controller firmwares are up to date.
The problem is that the server occaisionally fails to find either the floppy drive or the hard discs.. Gut feeling says motherboard is on the way out but I'm willing to accept any ideas before swapping hardware..

Re: DL380 G2 Tempramental boot up problem
What is the status of the top two leds on server. Which means as follow :
1) Internal Health Red = System critical
Amber = System degraded
Green = Normal
2) External health (Power Supply) Red = Critical power supply failure
Amber = Power redundancy failure
Green = Normal
and on the board the board there is a Over temperature check for status of the same.
Regards,
Prashant S.

Re: DL380 G2 Tempramental boot up problem
All leds are green, which adds to the confusion..
