DL380 G2 & agents

Have just purchased 2 DL380 G2, both built with smartstart 5.30, configured Snmp, but on my INsight Manager console still shows as inaccessible. Loaded 5.40 NT support Paq. still doesn't work. Server due to go into production for major project. Can somebody Give us a clue. No problems with the rest of servers.
By the various posts these G2 boxes have a few problems.. maybe someone at compaq should address these problems soon or we'll all be buying DELL (sorry to swear)
