DL380 G2 update to Support Paq 6.2 issues?

I have a DL380 G2 running windows 2000 adv server and Citrix Metaframe 1.0 FR2 that has blue screened a few hours after the support paq update.

Without paying for the microsoft support call and analysis of the memory.dmp file, I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else. Thanks
