DL380 G3 Fan Problem
Hey all,
Im hopingsomeone has seen this before.
I have a dl380 g3 that keeps telling me that cpu fan 2 is dead, then alive, then dead, then alive and so on and so on.
I have replaced both CPU fan 1 and 2 and two and Im still getting these messages.
Has anyone head of a Fan slot going bad??
Or does anyone have any other ideas?

Re: DL380 G3 Fan Problem
Hi, I had the server reporting fan two bad, replaced it with a known good fan and it report that as bad also. Amber light was also on. I had to replace the system board as that is what it connects to.
