DL380 G3 W2K SP4 Bluescreen
Hi,
we are running a new DL380 G3 W2k SP4. It had a bluescreen with:
STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x804516E8, 0x00000000, 0x0000009C)
SupportPack 7.10 is installed.
These Patches are installed:

[KB823980]

[KB824146]
[KB825119]

hope anyone can help me.

Hi Burg,
Have you tried performing a NMI reset of the server. You should be able to locate the NMI switch on the server by just looking at the back of the top cover of the server.
Alternatively, you could also connect to the ilo "https://host_name-ilo" and you should see an option for NMI reset there.
Additionally, are you running the latest SYSTEM BIOS for the server and the latest FW for the Smart Array 5i + controller.
Hope this helps and reply back so that we can troubleshoot it further...
P.S dont forget to assign points:)

can you please tell me what a NMI Reset does? Why should that resolve my problem?
