DL380 G3 issue - Storage Agent
Have two DL380 G3's in a cluster and experiencing a really strange issue when the HP Insight Storage Agent is running. I have users in Domain B that cannot access the cluster via a file share if this Storage Agent is running. Once I turn the service off, users can access the file share just fine. Very odd. I guess my question is, do I really need this storage agent running? Because I am tempted to just turn it to manual start and go on my way. HP wants me to update like 5 different firmware pieces and I am a little leary to do so, esp. if by turning the service to a manual start will fix it. Do I need this storage agent running for anything? Thanks.

Re: DL380 G3 issue - Storage Agent
By the way, I have updated the hp mgmt agents on this server and also the onboard nic drivers to the latest version via smartstart cd, but the problem still exists.
