DL380 G3 with 2 modems

Hi everyone
I have a problem, i would like to install in the DL380 G3 two modems with the RAS and i don´t have because there are three slots pci (2 hotplug slots and 1 slot pci normal) and the usb ports are only for the mouse and keyboard.
The last day i install the two modems in this server and the server detect it good, but the RAS don´t work correctly and y probe with one modem in the slot pci normal and the RAS works correctly
I call to compaq support and i said that the modems pci aren´t 100% supported for these models of servers.
Anyone have an idea??? Or there are any model of modems pci supported for theses server and supported on the hotplug pci???
