DL380 G3

Have a 4 drive Raid 5 setup with a spare. Multiple drive are droping from the Arry, put in new ones they dropped a day latter.
Ran diag on drives no problem.

Are these internal drives? If so, then I suspect this is a problem with the backplane.

You'll likely need to contact support to get this replaced.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

The previous post could explain the error, but not the drives going offline. I would recommend contacting HP support and I can almost guarantee they'll replace the backplane, since there is a known issue.
