Is there a simple way to migrate from a Raid5 array to a Raid1?

Yes, SA6i provide easy way to "Online RAID Level Migration" (between any RAID level)via ACU (as mentioned:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12030_div/12030_div.HTML )
You must have enought disk drives\space to migrate data from RAID5 to RAID1.
