DL380 G4 ROMPAQ Failure

I have downgrade my BIOS version to 4.02.P51.12-22-04
After server restart I receive and error
"Unsupported Processor detected”
"System Will only Boor ROMPAQ utility"
i put the ROMPaq Diskette utility in Drive A , But after a Few second Server Halted i even cant into the ROMPAQ utility interface ,
I also tried to use most recent ROMPAQ utility but no luck,

ROMPAQ Versions i tried :
version 4.01 P51.08262004
version 4.02.P51.12022004
version 2006.04.26 A (9 May 06)

I have DL380 G4 with 3.4 Dual Core Xeon 2MB cash

Well guys dont think too much , I resolved this case By My self ,
looks like no one in the earth faced this problem before ,
to resolve this issue you have to do Hardware NVRAM erase ,
