DL380 G4 and SmartArray6i problems

Have DL380 G4, SmartArray6i (firmware 2.58) and 2xHDD in RAID 1+0 configuration

when we pull out one hard drive and put new blank one...it starts rebuilding process.. and finish ok..But when now we put another new disk it starts rebuilding process , but rebuilding fails after some time.During second rebuild we can't work anything with server because it hangs.

We tried with 4 servers and many new hard disks!

have you tried the 2.68 FW?? is the FW in the HDD's current?? what's the rebuild priority??

Yes we tried new firmware 2.68...not working
We tried changing priority ...didn't working

We had the same probleme here with DL380 G4, we had to shut donw the system,reboot with out the hard drive,shut down again and the reboot with the first drive and then shut down and then reboot with the second drive. only one server out of 5 did not work until the third try!

Very wierd stuff, try it and seen if it the same trouble make sur you re BIOS ALSO is up to date.
