DL380 G4 boot problems

Help me please ...

I have a DL380 G4 with a SAS controller.
We had a power outage over the weekend, and when I booted the server this morning I get no video output at all.
Also, raid array (6 disks) just flashes with the two mirrored system disk permanently lit.
Then they swap around, systems disks flashing and raid array on permanently.

Any ideas are most welcome

You are obviously such an amateur with regards to computers. This is such an easy question that nobody can even be bothered to waste their time writing you the answer. Suggest you give up on IT and find yourself a new career, NOW!!

I got exactly the same problem after installing Proliant Support Pack 7.51 on w2003std.

I try reset the motherboard and unload ROM from "switch 6" : No luck, change anything.

I don't want changing my job but just look my server starting.
