DL380 G4 - can't build it with RDP

We've a DL380 G4 which we can't build with RDP - we've built G3's, G2's etc. with no problems - is the something obvious I should be modifying?

The only RDP I know of is Remote Desktop Protocol, which I think is Microsoft's version which needs an OS to run...

So as this is highly unlikely to be what your problem is, can you tell us what RDP is?

Sorry if RDP caused confusion - It's HP's Rapid Deployment Pack - based on Altris and used to build servers with scripts rather than a manual CD swapping process.

Then I regret to say I haven't got a clue!

We use ghost images!

We've found an article citing the version of smartstart and RDP as the problem - our versions are 7.0 and 1.5 respectively - we're going to upgrade to 7.10 and 1.6 to see if this was the problem.

We've had some problems installing the upgrade to RDP 1.6. The integration module part failed for some reason - it stops before any files are copied - no error message is given. Anybody experience this?
