DL380 G4 drivers
- Other PCI Bridge Device
- PCI Serial Port
- PCI Communications Controller
I ran the 'install proliant support pack - Express Installation of the PSP for Windows' from HP Smartstart CD, but did not help.
Can you point out some direction for me to find those drivers.
Any input is appreciated. Thank you
Harold

Re: DL380 G4 drivers
Install Smart Start first, then the O/S, then the PSP:

Re: DL380 G4 drivers
Thank you for the input.
I took your advise to re-do the installation over the weekend, install SmartStart first, then OS windows 2k3 server, then PSP, but had no luck, those unknown devices still exist.
My first thought was that might be chipset issue, so I reloaded the chipset driver and issue still remain.
Below are those unknown device's Value from the Detail tag:
Other PCI Bridge Device
Loaction: PCI Slot 3 (PCI bus 6, device 2, function 1)
under Details tag, Value:
PCI\VEN_1415&DEV_9510&SUBSYS_0000131F&REV_00\5&55F0281&0&110030
PCI Serial Port
Location: PCI Slot 3 (PCI bus 6, device 2, function 0)
under Details tag, Value:
PCI\VEN_1415&DEV_950A&SUBSYS_2032131F&REV_00\5&55F0281&0&100030
PCI Communications Controller
Location: PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 6, device 1, function 0)
under Details tag, Value:
PCI\VEN_11C1&DEV_048C&SUBSYS_044C11C1&REV_03\5&55F0281&0&080030
Thanks
Harold
