The only solution is to reboot the server.i checked the Filesystem when the server is backup and it's only 43% utilized. I tried finding something in linux server log but hardly found any error.
Does anyone has any idea, what might causing this behavior?
any help will be appreciated.

Try to check that issue by upgrading firmware by firmware maintenace cd which comes with HP server or u can download from HP web site .
