All the "health" LEDS are nice and green, all the HDD spin up and all looks on the board inside.
Any ideas anyone?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Mark

Re: DL380 G4 - no video and no POST
All the cables are in correctly, KVM is working fine (have tested all the ports with different machines).
Will try the RAM chips next.

Re: DL380 G4 - no video and no POST
I had an identical issue pulling my hair out - when reseating the memory, there was quite some dirt buildup on the chips. Feels to me that this may have been the factor causing the malfunction. However, puzzling is that the memory LED's did no indicate any issues.
