DL380 G4 sudden loss of power

ilo says 1 second loss of power, has happened several times over last few weeks, event vwr says previous shutdown was unexpected, there are no errors in the IML, smarts' diags report everything is ok. everything is green, sometimes the system appears up but isn't as there is no display or access even though there is disk access and all leds are green.
please help
