DL380 G4 win2003 installation

when i tray to install windows 2003 under DL380 G4 server; i have this message (in attachment) and i cant continue installation...
pleas help me

Hi,

this usually has something to do with the language selection in SmartStart and the OS. If you are installing English language Windows, you should select english as your SmartStart language. Also what SmartStart version are you using?

I think you for your repense :)
but i discovered exactelly where is the problem.....
the problem is in the version of the smartarray controller that i used...
i have upgrade it frome 2.32 to 2.36 then i can install a system....
