DL380 G4p - 2008 R2 - Insight Management Agents

Any idea how to get insight management agents working in 2008 R2 on a DL380 G4p? They require drivers for the management controller, which I could only install in 2008 compatibility mode. This let me install the agents, but the SMH is not recognizing any product info and showing Management Processor as "none"?

Any ideas how to get it working? Thanks.
