DL380 G5 Forgoten Bios Password

The old Administrator for this Box left the company and didnt give us the BIOS password.

how to i reset the password on a G5....

i have found Documentation on the G4.. however it doesnt look like the System Maintaince Switch handles this anymore...

Ideas...
