Ok nice work, now I'm feeling completely dummy! ;)

(Generally I use to install the management page, the agents, configure ad let them works...)

I just want that this server email me if something is wrong... so, step by step:

- do you mean that I can change from WBEM to SNMP? Is this suggested? If yes how can I do that?

- how can discover the IML and ROM version?

- aren't the agent you've linked the same I have already installed?

And yes the server is W2003sp2 32 bit

I found the ROM version:

P56-09/18/2006 (not exactly the last version!)

I'm a little scared of update ROM version. Is it a real safe work?

- the SNMP thing is going to settings and select source -> SNMP

- yes the system rom is completely safe, very old by the way the one you have

cause HPSUM is not installed...

The IML version is: 5.20.0.0, and when I try to start it give me the beautiful error you can see in the attachment

I don't know if it could be useful but attached is the list of installed programs.

Agent are already at release 8.10 because I've tried to install them after PSP 8.

Can I upgrade the ROM version while server works?

(I know I'm stressful, but this is a very important server - the exchange one-)
