DL380 G5 Non-Responsive

On Friday and Monday our DL380 G5 has gone non-responsive. We can't remote to the server or ping the server.

The server has power and there are no alarms on the server. No video is being displayed and the Hard Drives have solid Green lights.

We have to shutdown the server and power it back up to get it running again. We check the error logs in Windows 2003 and there are no error messages indicating a crash.

The DL380 G5 has dual E5345 Processors and 4 Gig of RAM. We are running Windows 2003 SP2, the server is a DC.

Thanks

Re: DL380 G5 Non-Responsive

Do you have the HP support pack installed on this server? If so, are there any errors displayed in the systems management homepage or Integrate Management log viewer?

Is there any pattern to this (happening during a backup, etc.)?
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

There are no error messages in the System Management Homepage. It just started happening so we haven't seen a pattern yet.
