DL380 G5 + P800 + MSA70 Error

All,

We received the following error on a DL380 G5 with a P800 controller with the MSA70 attached.

External SAS Enclosure PHY Link Error (PHY 7, Expander 1, Box 1, Port 2E, Slot 5).

Does anyone know what this error means?
