Are you setting the time in RBSU to UTC? A quick google search I found this

ESXi uses UTC time and does not support changing time zones.

thanks, but it keeps resetting in the server bios.  it does not have anything to do with esx.  any suggestions?  i don't even know how to update the server since i am not familiar with HP servers.

boot the system and acess RBSU to change BIOS settings. Once in RBSU select Date and Time and modify the settings
