DL380 G5 memory setup?
Hi,
I have an old hp dl380 g5 with 32gb ram (4x8GB 2Rx4 PC2 5300F 555 11 E0). I need more ram and i can get cheap 4x 4GB (2Rx4 PC 5300F 555 11 E0). Did the server support this setup?
Best Regards
Maik

Re: DL380 G5 memory setup?
As long as it's the correct ECC registered module type that it needs, it will work, and pay attention to how many ranks you've installed per bank, etc.
